das gesamte Personal, die Rezeption, die Bar, das Housekeeping usw. waren spitze und unglaublich.

Der Überprüfungsprozess war schrecklich. Ich habe mindestens eine Stunde in der Schlange gewartet. Das ist lächerlich. Ich bin mit diesem Hotel nicht zufrieden! Ich will eine Rückerstattung!
