Awesome hotel, great location. Comfortable beds and pillows. Have checked in here several times and there is usually a wait. Nothing crazy, but it would be nice if they had more help at the desk to speed things up.

I rarely write a negative review, but this is a complete ripoff. The room was half destroyed. The fridge was not working. The water was not going through the shower. I texted two numbers Dream hotel provided with a promise that they will respond 24/7. They still have not texted back. This is not a “Dream” it is a NiGHTMARe. Stay away.
