Tha ladies at the front desk were great. It was super busy with CWS guests and they did a great job of getting everyone checked in.The room was nice, and the hotel was in a nice location to the ballpark. The free shuttle to the ballpark and back was great! Would stay there again.

First room I got had a toilet that exploded everywhere, and the second room had zero water pressure, a super slow tub drain, and lukewarm water temp. Cannot recommend.
