For some reason, this hotel will not add points to my Hilton club card. I was told if you don’t book through the Hilton website you can’t get credit as a diamond club member this is unacceptable.

There were people running through the halls and no one at the desk as of 11:45pm to ask to do something about it.
Check in staff was phenomenal however.
