The hotel has a great location. The rooms are decent for the price. However, the customer service could use a little of work.

A wonderful rooftop. Took a yoga class one morning. The staff was great. My room G3 was amazing.

We had no working air conditioning during our stay. After moving to three different rooms — one of which was already occupied when we tried to enter — none of the AC units worked. The staff was kind and tried to help, but by 7 a.m. we decided to pack up and head home because the heat was unbearable.
