my ground-floor room was loud and not dark. breakfast was decent

Roaches everywhere because they forgot to take the trash out. Was told by the front desk clerk there’s nothing they can do until 6 am. Trash been over flowing outside my room since 4:30 pm. I was not offered another room. Won’t be back.
