The room was nice, clean, high ceilings, great water pressure, and temperature control. The complimentary body wash was quite possibly the best ever.

Did not like that you charge for early check in the f a room is available. Not nice. And charging $70-$90 a day to park your vehicle is too extreme. I could see if your hotel was in better condition, but is not.

Our bathroom door literally would not close and basically fell apart in pieces when we opened it across the rug. Ridiculous. I told the front desk and they did nothing to compensate.
