Beautiful hotel in a great location. Perfect for walking to the best restaurants along the waterfront (best seafood) and in little Italy (best Italian food & wine). The room and bathroom were perfect, nice size and comfortable. The iced tea, lemonade and fruit in the lobby was a nice touch. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the spa.

The location was great. Room was fine until the air conditioner stopped working and the room was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in. Valet was comped but they need to fix their air conditioner.

Complicated procedure to recover items left in room . Valet checkout was not smooth. Over $100 “incidental” charges in addition to $309 room charge. Inadequate communication. Indifferent staff.
