The staff was great, but we did have a few issues - the shower flooded due to a backed up drain and the elevator went out. The staff was quick to work with us to address these issues and we had an overall nice stay.

This hotel is beautiful! Close those to many attraction and shopping. The staff is wonderful and housekeeping was immaculate! Room is very comfortable and shower was huge ! The shower gel, shampoo and body lotion was luxurious! No hesitation on staying there again!
