The concierge was extremely accommodating. Check in was smooth and noon check out was very nice.

The location was perfect for our needs, in between the metropolitan museum of art and Rockefeller center. The hotel was easy to get to, lots of service staff around, and had a restaurant/ diner on the premises. The room was dated and had a door handle problem. Perfect for a last minute museum trip.

Everything about this place screams old motel and to top it off you’re made to feel as if you’re bothering the reception staff by merely attempting to check-in.
