Rooms are tiny but reasonably nice. Hip budget hotel, bit of a quirky millennial layout. Note there's no desk space at all in the rooms - common "co-working space" in basement that is nicely designed. New hotel with eager, friendly and helpful staff.

The place is amazingly designed and support was great. However, the rooms are rather small and I wasn't quite clear that they're more like an upscale hostel style set up. The emetities are shared or co-op wash rooms. If I was in my twenties again, I would've loved this place but for the price it was a steal. Better than a motel.

Representation of accommodation suggested [bathroom down a hall but yet private]. Bathroom is located in a main hall and only private once locked while inside. The bathrooms are communal with other guests. Not cool. Very misleading. We checked out into The Godfrey.
