My go to hotel when i get stuck in NYC. Area is completely safe. Staff is unbelievably friendly. LOVE the decor. Still doing enhancements but they now have a bar, coffee bar and light bites. Many shops and restaurants just a brief walk away. First floor isn’t the best for light sleepers.

The building itself is beautiful, the room was really comfortable, the staff was really warm and welcoming. I definitely would visit again.

Beds like cardboard. Put into a corner room with lots of street noise outside. Also the pictures are EXTREMELY misleading. It’s too bad that I wanted to stay here for so long and it didn’t live up to even my lowest expectations
