Why We Like It

  • Occupying a (you guessed it) former paper factory, now transformed into a contemporary, sophisticated place to rest your head.
  • Those antiquey-looking machines you see sprinkled about? All from the factory, and kept to foster the industrial-chic vibe.
  • Speaking of industrial-chic, LIC is a growing, dynamic corner of Queens, full of art, artists and those who like art.

Overall enjoyed my stay, was mostly clean but the floor seemed a tiny bit dirty. Location wasn’t great for me because I had to go to Brooklyn a lot but the subway is super close. The blackout curtains were great, was generally pretty quiet.

Comfortable, however, there is no fridge available and nowhere in the bathroom to hook a towel

We were told no one would enter our room unless we asked for daily service, yet everyday cleaning people entered our room while we were away. Additionally I was charged $79.00 on my credit card with no explanation, no invoice or bill.
