Loved the hotel room, the location with the tram station in front of the hotel, and a train station 5 minutes walk away. We left the hotel at 11:00, got on our train at 11:07 and were at Amsterdam Central Station at 11:15. It was a great hotel. Will come back again and recommend it 100%25 days ago

Friendly service. Rooms were unique and quiet. Very dark blackout curtains allowed me to sleep well into the afternoon to work off some jet lag. Felt refreshed after my stay. Bathroom was good, shower only, no tub, but hot water running all day and night.last month

The way the personal at the desk approach you is autistic , indifferent, bored, you prefer a robot! Some do their best but most of them have a systematic lack of respect and empathy ! A shame for this beautiful hotel. Can they go in training or hire a AI 2 months ago
