Tolerable, but nowhere near what’s expected in Dallas for the rate. I’m fine w a small room, but this is miniature and doors to the dresser/room don’t fully open if another is open. Maybe I’m out of touch with the market, but I expected something better dollar per dollar than what I’d get somewhere like New York.
