The staff and location at the Inn at Longwood Medical are excellent. Everyone we have met here has been exceptional. Given its proximity to the hospitals many guests are here for treatments or supporting someone. Their is a sense of community amongst the guests, which makes this place unique. We stay here for all of our medical trips.

Hotel is being renovated. I was in a non renovated room. Dirty carpets, old bathrooms, just not nice. Entire lobby is ripped out & under Reno. Description should have said this.
