Hotel was creepy and empty. Restaurant and bar were closed. Room and hallways were in rough shape - buckling wallpaper and stained carpets . Room was freezing and dimly lit, no bottled water available anywhere. The check-in was the only positive as receptionist was lovely and apologetic. last year
