would have been great if more things were open or if they were better described in the website...aka updating open hours of restaurant on the pier and no hot tub open in winter.

Room was great, customer service was amazing. Site said year round hot tub but the facilities were closed for almost 2 years

Room was not cleaned upon walking into. Went to front desk and they switched our room. New room, again not cleaned - long hairs on pillow and bed, bathroom floors dirty and shower was filthy. Do not stay here!
