Really pretty and nice staff! Super clean, beautiful room. Not all have bathtubs which was sad to hear. Only big hang up is the awful, huge painting in our bed room.

Super clean room, loved the bar downstairs. Also convenient location. Only drawback was the thermostat/air conditioning didn’t seem to work in the room. It was a stuffy 76 degrees. Happy with everything else, would stay here again.

I LOVED this hotel. It was very cozy and clean. It had everything I needed and the staff was so cordial and responsive. Great location too! I will def stay here next time I visit Chicago.
