The hotel and room were very clean. The bathroom was clean, but grey grout makes it look dingy. The staff at LB Tavern seemed very overwhelmed and wait time was just too long. Honestly, there’s a very elegant lobby, but there is no mini bar nor room service so I wouldn’t call it LUXE, it’s a solid hotel.
room was small, but at the price we paid, a good value. very clean. the employees were fun and focused on your comfort.

If dank and creepy is your jam, this is your spot. Hotel plaque brags that it is “most haunted” and seems to be correct. Weird scratches, scuffs and smudges everywhere — walls, floors, furniture, even ceilings. Strange drunk people in hallways; strange art on walls. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of two nice hotels next door / same block.
