The bed was incredibly comfortable— perfect after a long day of exploration! The lobby was beautifully decorated as well. You can see the historical details they’ve maintained over the years such as the delicate chandeliers. They were also very accommodating with storing our luggage and picking it up later. All in all, very satisfied!

It was totally fine. Wasn’t blown away but fine. Clean, comfortable beds. Only complaint was the bar staff. I was coming down with a cold and asked for a hot tea and was told they “didn’t have time for that because they were busy”...gee thanks!

We had guests next to us that were up all night making a lot of noise. They woke us up at 1:00 and kept us up till 4:00. Left exhausted. Also shower didn’t drain, had no shower cap.
