Small rooms but very nice bed, great location, great bar

I work in the design industry and did NOT want to stay in a business hotel. Theodore hotel allowed me to get comfy very quickly. I was traveling alone and to Seattle the first time and the location is perfect. rooms are clean and beds are very comfy, sheets are a bit rough otherwise I had a great stay.

Tiniest hotel room I’ve ever been. Practically have to hug the sink to close the bathroom door. The windows aren’t sound proof so even from the 9th floor it is LOUD with sounds coming in. Just impossible to enjoy this hotel.
