Great hotel, this is the reason I love boutique hotels. Great view, clean room, pool, food. Parking was very expensive but it’s the area.

Very nice, modern room in the heart of the city. It was clean, had a nice shower, and nice floors. I would love to stay here again next time I’m in Chicago.

Rooms were disgusting. Switched rooms twice. Sheets felt worn out not comfy beds. Stuff stuck to the floors. Hair in the bathroom sink and shower. Door was jammed and messed up all the time. Some people had really good service others had no idea what they were doing. First and last time staying here.
