Wine hour is great to have and it’s even free. Staff is amazingly friendly. Comfy bed!! Great service!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and amenities. Room was very nice but by the elevators and gym, so pretty loud. Would stay again though!

For the high price, I would have expected a less run down and more luxurious room. Greasy handprint on drapes, view of a brick wall, warn wallpaper, and no walk-in shower. Pictures are misleading. They make the hotel rooms look more opulent than they are in reality.
