The service was excellent, Henry at the front desk was wonderful and the hotel is gorgeous.

it was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There were fingernail clippings next to the bed and stains on the comforter, towels and toilet. I eventually changed to a different cleaner room but I honestly was just praying for no bed bugs at that point. Really disgusting.
