Locations and staff is fabulous. The room normally is great. The bed was comfy though the toilet and sink had slow drainage issues (needs attended too). During checkout, I mentioned to staff that a plumber must look into fixing the drainage issues prior to renting the room out again.

Great price for the location— basically next door to the W at a fraction of the cost.

The rooms are small, which was fine, but they are very worn. Bathrooms have been redone and are very nice. Carpet was trashed and AC unit did not work in Room 512. Also, the on-site restaurant did not want to charge to our room, multiple times. The restaurant could benefit greatly from hiring additional staff to assist during busy periods.
