After having one of the worst days I’ve had in a while I arrived for a last minute booking and the staff here could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous and rooms are great, nothing bad to say. But what really made this res stand out is the staff and hotel service.

Check in was terrible. Line of 20+ people and only one person working. Meanwhile, other staff were just watching and not helping. The rooms themselves are small, smell like stale smoke, and are dirty.
