This hotel is a gem! Soup to nuts. Clean, wonderful on all levels, THE STAFF—AMAZING! This will be my regular stop in NYC. GREAT location near Grand Central so easy train access and an abundance of cabs should you choose! Lots of food, bars and shopping just walking distance to so many things! THE STAFF is so GREAT!

They only had a twins and instead wound up getting a disabled room in whoch the shower was a trip hasard on the too long inner curtain and thr too high tub side and a weird tub with the ahower head in the middle. He should have told us the option was a room like that. No coffee even in the lobby despite resort fee.
