New in HotelTonight 8.0: CX Chat and Revamped Booking Details

Happy Holidays! Here’s what we got you (in our latest and greatest iOS and Android releases):

  • Revamped our booking details to help make your your hotel stay just as seamless as your booking experience! After you book, you’ll have easier access to all the info you need, plus helpful tips for your trip (like the parking sitch, check-in and -out details and hotel bar, resto and hot tub info). Find it all on the bookings tab.
  • Rolled out our Aces concierge to more bookers than ever – check out your booking details to see if you scored access!
  • You can now chat right in the app with our amazing Customer Support team, in addition to emailing or calling them (they’re real, live, nice people!).
