Customer Support Agent - HotelTonight App
Back to JobsHotel Tonight, the world’s first 100% mobile travel booking application, is looking for friendly, experienced phone-based customer support agents with a great sense of humor and a problem-solving mindset to work on our 24/7 help-desk. We’re creating the next great online travel company, and you’ll play a key role.
What You'll Do
- Support customers over phone, email and various other communication channels.
- Answer general questions about HotelTonight, and assist customers with bookings.
- Handle customer complaints and booking issues as they occur, and work with hotel partners to resolve billing/booking issues, ensuring a flawless guest experience.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys, and help review HotelTonight app content to ensure top-notch accuracy of data.
- A variety of other tasks that will help us deliver the best support in the hospitality industry!
What We're Looking for in You
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a front desk agent in a guest experience oriented hotel, or a proven understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer service in the hospitality industry.
- You ADORE working with the public and all types of people ... and can do it with a smile!
- Must be computer and iPhone/Android proficient and able to multi-task on a regular basis.
- Friendly, upbeat personality and demonstrated experience owning a customer issue and following it all the way until the customer is happy.
