- Directly on the Pacific just north of the peninsula, so you can play in the surf and with some local residents (like, say, seals).

The new updated rooms are great! Location was great too! Right on the beach you can hear the waves! Two second freeway drive to all the touristy spots in downtown.

I don’t know why the reviews are so dramatic. I had a room right by the water and it was clean, tidy, and had an amazing view. There was no funky smell & the front desk associate was friendly.

Overpriced for what you get, also under construction. All amenities closed. Didn’t see the extra fees in time - $60/day for parking and “destination.”
