Check in was horrible as they did not get my confirmation until 2:00 in the morning even though I booked the room at 7pm the day before.

The service at the front desk was mixed between grumpy and polite attitudes. Furniture was dated and scratched, bathroom had a damaged light, served it’s purpose, but I expected nicer.
